Karl is absolutely amazing. He takes care of everything that swings financial for my business, so I don't even have to think about it. He's very attentive and answers emails same day - oftentimes within a couple hours - and is preemptive in bringing issues to my attention I need to consider or take care of. Don't even get me started on billing. I used to procrastinate b/c I hate dealing with that stuff. Now I just email Karl w/ the basic info, and he takes care of all that. So now clients are billed as soon as a project is finished. When you get service like this, you just have to shout it from the mountaintop. :)
